Tube shredder RS / RH
The patented TubeShredder© was designed and developed for the precise cutting of continuous strips, punching grids and cutting waste. Various materials such as paper, foil, aluminium or even plastic can thus be extracted as shredded chips via a pipe system.
The shredder consists of an aluminium housing with a fixed counter knife as well as a rotating and exchangeable cutting module©.
This patented solution guarantees the fastest possible replacement of the cutting module. For this purpose, the TubeShredder remains in the line and only the module can be replaced as in a cassette system. Maintenance and adjustment work can be carried out quickly and easily without dismantling the entire unit. The amount of work and production downtime are thus reduced to a minimum.
