Material separator

The NBS material cellular wheel separators © SE are used for the efficient separation of coarse waste material and dust-laden air. They ensure that the extracted waste material can be further processed without pressure, e.g. via baling presses, press containers, screw compactors, big bags, etc., while the dust-laden air is cleaned in a filter system.

The © SE material separators consist of an upper and a lower rotor housing, a rotor with rubber lamellas, a clean air chamber and a drive unit. The material rotary separators are supplied fully assembled and can be easily integrated into existing duct systems via flange connections.

The separators are fully assembled in our factory and checked in the test bay. Using suitable ducts, they can be easily integrated into an existing or new piping system in order to operate the extraction system as efficiently and sustainably as possible.
