The material cellular wheel separators © SE are used for the efficient separation of coarse waste material and dust-laden air. They ensure that the extracted waste material can be further processed without pressure, for example via baling presses, big bags or similar, while the dust-laden air is cleaned in a filter system.

The material cellular wheel separators © SE consist of an upper and a lower rotor housing, a rotor with rubber lamellas, a clean air chamber and a drive unit.

The separators are fully assembled in our factory and checked in the test bay. Using suitable ducts, they can be easily integrated into an existing or new piping system in order to operate the extraction system as efficiently and sustainably as possible.
