The Finnish press manufacturer Europress Group OY and the Swiss plant and system engineering company NBS AG have entered into a strategic partnership. The contracts were signed at the beginning of September 2016. Both companies are convinced that this step will enable them to better exploit new market segments and global business activities. The Helsinki-based plant produces vertical balers as well as stationary baling and compacting units on a production area of over 21,000 m2. Europress can claim to be the market leader in the Scandinavian region.

The "N-Balex" series at the Finland plant
For NBS AG, the decision to distribute the products in Switzerland was an easy one: The quality of the presses and the technically noticeable advantage are unmistakable. In addition, it quickly became clear in the discussions that the Finnish company policy as well as the family philosophy is a reflection of the values of NBS. For the first time, NBS AG will now present the vertical cardboard baler "N-Balex-10" at the Fachpack packaging trade fair in Nuremberg at the end of September.
